The LadyBoss Story

She was a customer
before she was
the CEO.

LadyBoss was born in 2014, nearly closed for good in 2022, and was rebuilt by a woman who lost 75 pounds with it.

A legacy reimagined

Most brands have a story.
Ours has a witness.

LadyBoss was born in 2014 out of one woman's vision to build a movement — one that empowered women to reclaim their health, build their confidence, and thrive. Over the years it became a global phenomenon, helping thousands of women transform their bodies and connect through an unstoppable community of support.

Then in 2022, the future of LadyBoss took an unexpected turn. The founders made the heartfelt decision to close the business. Russell Brunson — a close mentor and an advocate for the LadyBoss mission — stepped in to keep the brand alive and give it a second chance. But even he knew something simple: a women's movement as powerful as LadyBoss should be led by women.

Enter Kaitlyn Talamante. A long-time LadyBoss, wife, mother, and certified personal trainer. She was a customer before she was a CEO — and that is the whole point.

Kaitlyn Talamante
The short version

A customer lost 75 pounds, joined the team, and in 2024 bought the company. LadyBoss is now 100% woman-owned and led by the woman it changed.

I wasn't handed a new life. I built one — and then I bought the company that showed me how.

The story, in four moves

Ten years.
One near-death.
One comeback.

No brand survives a decade by accident. Here's the honest timeline — including the parts most companies would quietly leave out.

2014 Move 01

A movement,
not a product.

LadyBoss started with one woman's conviction that women deserved more than a fad diet and a shove out the door. It grew into a global community of women rebuilding their health together — thousands of transformations, one shared standard of showing up.

2022 Move 02

It almost
ended.

The founders made the heartbreaking call to close the business. A community of women who had built their confidence here were told the thing that changed them was going away. For a lot of women, that felt personal — because it was.

2022 Move 03

Someone refused
to let it die.

Russell Brunson, a close mentor who had watched what LadyBoss did for women, stepped in to keep the brand alive. He gave it a second chance — while knowing the obvious truth: this movement needed to be led by a woman.

2024 Move 04

A LadyBoss
took the reins.

Kaitlyn lost 75 pounds with LadyBoss, joined the team in 2019, and spent years helping other women do the same. In late 2024 she made a bold move: she bought the brand that had changed her life. LadyBoss is now 100% woman-owned and woman-operated — led by a customer.

Kaitlyn's journey began like so many others — struggling with her health, her confidence, and her identity. She found LadyBoss, lost 75 pounds, and rebuilt a life centered on health, discipline, and faith. She didn't stop at her own transformation. She went to work for the brand, and then she bought it.

I know what it feels like to not recognize yourself in the mirror — and I know exactly what it takes to come back. That's not a marketing line. That's my life.

What we don't negotiate

Four things
this brand runs on.

These aren't slogans. They're the standard every product, program, and promise has to clear before it gets to you.

01

Faith

Your body is not the whole story. We build women up from the inside out — purpose before aesthetics.

02

Discipline

Motivation is a mood. Discipline is a decision. We teach the second one, because that's the one that lasts.

03

Ownership

No blaming the scale, the schedule, or the season. You take the wheel — and we hand you a plan worth driving.

04

Follow-through

Anyone can start. We're built for month three, month twelve, and the woman you become in between.
