Phoenix Energy, LLC will ship Products purchased through its Site to the address provided in the shipping address section of the online order form. Shipments will be made via standard ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Products will only be shipped to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States, and Alaska.

We offer several delivery options and rates for domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Exact shipping fees apply to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories as well as Expedited orders.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
