You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by filling out this form or you can email support at help@ladyboss.com. LadyBoss will ship your products directly to the address you provide. All Subscribe & Save modifications must be submitted 3 business days prior to the next shipment to guarantee cancellation of that shipment.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any LadyBoss products purchased directly from LadyBoss via our website, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund by contacting customer service at help@ladyboss.com. Refunds will be made to the credit card with which the product was purchased.
Before any product is returned to LadyBoss, the customer must contact customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Any package received without this information on the outside of the box may be refused and may result in a refund not issuing. You will need the following to make your request for refund:

Your refund includes only the cost of the product. It does not include the costs of shipping and handling.
We do still honor the Pocket Personal Trainer Lifetime Membership purchases that were made prior to 2022. Please email help@ladyboss.com with the email address used for purchase so we can confirm purchase and provide a link to access that.
